Creating Vision with Heart: Direction Making Ambition Work.

When one dreams and does not accomplish anything they are heading the wrong direction. Majority of the people are ambitious and they lack a clue on where to channel their energies. Goal setting is aim oriented, and it will assist in transforming random effort into conscious action.

The other valuable feature is the realism. The goals should be not a burnout but difficult. The sustainable development lies in balance. The expectations can no longer lead to success when they are overloaded and lead to disappointment.

Lastly, goals should be nurturing, and not threatening. Goal setting is a place of clarity, and not stress when it is done purposefully, patiently and knowing oneself.
